Founder of MOONSHOT XX experienced two types of organizations throughout her career. One lacked vision and leadership. The other provided clear guiding principles and invested deeply in the development of their employees.

This was one of the most powerful lessons in business.

Inspired by people-centric cultures, it catapulted her into an entrepreneurial journey for driving cultures where people can love where they work.

Our goal is to impact employee happiness by designing organizational cultures that help individuals evolve to their highest potential.
